To Have and To Hold:No.3 Bucket Bags

No longer the new kid on the block the highly coveted (3) Mansur Gavriel bucket bag has truly rejuvenated interest in the bucket bag style. The brand has yet to maintain stock to meet the every increasing demand for the highly coveted bag in virtually every color. Encouraging many designers to reissue archive styles and once again focus on the "hobo" style bag.

Call it the Mansur Gavriel effect, From solids to (1)bold patterns and (6) color block mini's Tory Burch's SS15 collection contains and array of options.
I personally have a Tory Burch neutral bucket bag last seen here that I enjoy wearing when I want to break up my handbag wardrobe. Even the legendary design house of Louis Vuitton has a true bucket bag and additional styles that are influenced by the hobo bag such as "Noe" and "Sac D’epaule"My favorite of the featured slouchy drawstring 70's inspired bag and currently on my wish list is (4) the  3.1 Phillip Lim Quill Mini Bucket Bag in sherbet. Bucket bags are extremely versatile as they can be high end like the featured (2) Saint Laurent  and used as the perfect polished finishing touch. On the opposite end of the spectrum (5) Madewell's version of the bucket is ideal for causal every day wear.
Which is your favorite bucket?

  9. I've been eyeing the Mansur Gavriel bucket bag for a while, but sadly I can't justify the cost. The Phillip Lim one is such a beautiful color, now you've got me adding that to my wish list too lol
