Cadence:Running & Fitness Picks

Nike Running Club

This week and next week the masses are headed to Coachella and I am honestly excited to follow along with all of the festival fashion and updates. However I'm preparing for something a bit different a 5K this Saturday and I am also participating in The Disneyland Resorts upcoming 10K and 1/2 Marathon next month. You could say I have found my rhythm and my cadence with running.
I personally sign up for organized runs as they help me by providing a goal to work towards. When I run I run towards health and happiness as cliche as it may sound. I feel free when I run and when I complete training runs and organized runs I feel accomplished. Whether you are running towards your favorite music festival or getaway it is important to take time to ensure that you are taking time to find your personal cadence and what works for you. With my upcoming runs I decided I would switch things up a bit and share a few of my current sportswear favorites.

| Running & Fitness Picks |

1. I always have my sights set on a new pair of running shoes and the new Nike Flynit's are on my wish list.
2. For training and recovery I find that compression wear in the form of leggings and socks are extremely effective.
3. I prefer razor back tops as they add and additional layer of support.
 4. Supportive and light weight under garments are a necessity I have the Nike pro sports bra in a zillion colors.
5. For training I turn to true running socks as they provide support for my arch and stay put and do not slide down interfering with my run.

  10. I love this!! I'm no where near being ever a great runner but I have ran a 15k and found my rhythm. Now I run to see my improvements and challenge myself. I've found lout running helps me decompress from a rough day at work and also focus on me and nothing else.

Congratulations and keep on rocking it!
