Paris: The City Of Lights

Bonjour, Alright perhaps that is a bit
cliché but I couldn't help myself. To start this post off I will reference John Green's Quote :

“I'm in love with cities I've never been to and people I've never met.” Paris was a city I loved that I had NEVER been to, my  dream trip to the city of lights took place last month. As a result I am even more smitten with Paris!

On my trip I took hundreds of photos of the city and even managed to cross a few thing off of my bucket list!

A few sights:

31 Rue Cambon:
Chanel purchased an 18th-century building on a narrow street across from the back entrance of the Ritz and opened her first couture salon. Here, at 31 Rue Cambon, the business is still based. She kept an apartment over the store as a place to house her own clothes and host dinner parties.

I have always had and affinity and passionate fascination  with Mademoiselle "Coco" Chanel. I am not sure if it is her sassy and savvy determination to overcome struggle  and triumph from humble beginnings. Or simply  her style and elegance, she was such a stylish tough cookie. #GIRLBOSS

Between sassy sight seeing and savvy dinning I managed to make a few purchases as well. Just the all American ... the all Parisian basics of course.

To end in the manner in which we began I will utilize another quote, this one from my style icon Audrey Hepburn- "Paris is always  a good idea".
A special thanks to my sister in law, my parisian partner in crime and photographer during the trip. We left our hearts in Paris but took away an even stronger bond of sisterhood.
Thanks for reading and au revoir !
